To operate the contact form, we use Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) as a form processing sub-processor. Formspree receives and forwards submitted data to Eternity Mountain's email address.
We require our sub-processors to implement appropriate security measures and to process data only in accordance with our instructions.
6. International transfers
Use of Formspree may involve transferring data to the United States. Such transfers are carried out on the basis of adequate safeguards under the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent applicable mechanisms.
